TechTable, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 98067826, is the controller for the processing of personal data described in this privacy policy. We handle your data with care and only process what is necessary.

2. What data we process

We only process data that you provide to us yourself or that is technically necessary:

  • Contact form: name, email address, company name (optional) and your message.
  • Direct contact: the data you share with us via email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider processes server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for the security and proper functioning of the website.

3. Why we use your data

We use your data exclusively to:

  • respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote where relevant (legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures);
  • keep the website secure and working properly (legal basis: legitimate interest).

We do not send newsletters or marketing emails, do not use profiling and never sell your data to third parties.

4. Cookies

This website only uses a functional cookie to remember your language preference. We do not use tracking or analytics cookies.

5. Who we share data with

We use a limited number of processors to provide our services:

  • Resend (delivery of contact-form emails), based in the United States; transfers take place with appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Google (receiving and storing email).
  • Our hosting provider (server logs).

We never share more data than necessary and do not sell your data.

6. How long we keep data

We keep contact inquiries for as long as needed to handle your request, and for a maximum of two years after our last contact. If you become a client, data included on invoices is kept for seven years due to Dutch statutory retention obligations.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict processing, to object to processing and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email info@techtable.nl; we respond within four weeks.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and restricted access to data.

We may update this privacy policy. The current version is always available on this page.
